Do I need to install anything to use Boleti?

No. Boleti is 100% web-based. It works in any modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox) on a computer, tablet, or phone. The box office runs on a laptop or tablet with an internet connection — no installs, no manual updates. When we ship a new feature, every device sees it on the next page reload.

How long does it take to set up my account?

We guide you step by step: company details, first box office, first bus and first route, and then you start selling right away. If your operation has complex routes, we set it up with you in a free session.

How does the 30-day free trial work?

Accepted Answer

Sign up without a credit card and get full access to your chosen plan for 30 days. You can sell real tickets, connect WhatsApp, and configure your operation. On day 28 we email and notify you in-app; if you don't add a payment method, your account moves to read-only mode so you don't lose data but new sales are paused.

Can I migrate my customers and routes from another system?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We help you load your routes and fares and, for larger operations, we handle the migration ourselves at no cost. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll go over it with you.

How hard is it to train my cashiers?

Accepted Answer

The box office is built for people coming from a notebook, spreadsheets or older systems. Every team goes at its own pace: you get short videos in Spanish, a printable quick guide and WhatsApp support throughout the trial.

Question 6

What do I need to use Boleti at the box office?

Accepted Answer

A computer or tablet with a browser and an internet connection; there's nothing to install. If you want to print tickets, any 58 or 80 mm or 4-inch thermal printer works (it's optional: you can also send the ticket over WhatsApp). Boleti needs the internet to sell, so we recommend a 4G backup modem at every box office in case your main connection drops. To take card payments at the counter you can use the BBVA Pinpad (from the Línea plan) or any other terminal, entering the approval number.

What plans do you offer and how do you charge?

Four monthly plans you sign up for yourself: Ruta, Línea, Flotilla and Central, with prices published in pesos. There's also Coordinados for companies of partners and permit holders, and Tailored for large operations, both quoted with our sales team. They're billed month to month by card; Central and Tailored can also be paid by bank transfer.

Can I switch plans whenever I want?

Accepted Answer

Yes, anytime from the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and prorate to the current cycle (you only pay the difference for the remaining days). Downgrades take effect on the next billing cycle so your operation isn't interrupted. We never charge upfront for what you don't use.

Do you issue Mexican tax invoices (CFDI 4.0)?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every charge automatically generates a stamped CFDI 4.0 under your registered tax name. You can download PDF and XML from the dashboard or have them emailed to you. We default to CFDI use G03 (general expenses) and support other use codes on request. Tax name or RFC changes are handled at no charge within the first 5 days of the month.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit and debit cards via Stripe. For Central and Tailored plan customers, we also accept SPEI bank transfer with prepaid invoicing. We don't yet accept PayPal or direct bank debits for the subscription, but they're on our 2026 roadmap. Note: paying at OXXO and convenience stores is for your passengers to pay for their tickets, not for paying your Boleti subscription.
