Do I need to install anything to use Boleti?

No. Boleti is 100% web-based. It works in any modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox) on a computer, tablet, or phone. The box office runs on a laptop or tablet with an internet connection — no installs, no manual updates. When we ship a new feature, every device sees it on the next page reload.

How long does it take to set up my account?

Sign-up takes 5 to 10 minutes. We guide you through a step-by-step onboarding: company details, first box office, first bus, first route. After that, you can start selling right away. For complex operations, our team schedules a free 30-minute setup session to configure with you.

Question 3

How does the 30-day free trial work?

Accepted Answer

Sign up without a credit card and get full access to your chosen plan for 30 days. You can sell real tickets, connect WhatsApp, and configure your operation. On day 28 we email and notify you in-app; if you don't add a payment method, your account moves to read-only mode so you don't lose data but new sales are paused.

Can I migrate my customers and routes from another system?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We accept CSV or Excel imports for customers, routes, fares, and bus catalogs. For larger operations (10K+ customers or 50+ routes) our team handles the migration at no extra cost. Share an export from your current system and we hand back your fully populated account in 3-5 business days.

How hard is it to train my cashiers?

We designed the box office for operators coming from spreadsheets or DOS systems. The real learning curve is one morning: our customers report new cashiers selling their first ticket in under 30 minutes. We include short videos in Spanish and English, a printable quick guide, and WhatsApp support throughout the trial.

Does Boleti work if the internet goes down?

Accepted Answer

The box office has a limited offline mode: it can look up runs and issue pre-loaded paper tickets, but card payments and WhatsApp delivery require connection. We recommend a 4G backup modem at every branch — many customers use a prepaid Telcel or AT&T SIM that activates only when the primary connection drops.

What plans do you offer and how do you charge?

We offer four self-serve plans (Estándar, Empresarial, Premium and Corporativo) plus a Tailored option (sales-led, no listed price). They differ by monthly tickets sold, active box offices, WhatsApp agents and advanced modules. Prices are in USD and Mexican pesos; billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Annual billing saves you 20%.

Can I switch plans whenever I want?

Accepted Answer

Yes, anytime from the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and prorate to the current cycle (you only pay the difference for the remaining days). Downgrades take effect on the next billing cycle so your operation isn't interrupted. We never charge upfront for what you don't use.

Do you issue Mexican tax invoices (CFDI 4.0)?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every charge automatically generates a stamped CFDI 4.0 under your registered tax name. You can download PDF and XML from the dashboard or have them emailed to you. We default to CFDI use G03 (general expenses) and support other use codes on request. Tax name or RFC changes are handled at no charge within the first 5 days of the month.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit and debit cards via Stripe. For Corporativo and Tailored plan customers, we also accept SPEI bank transfer with prepaid invoicing. We don't yet accept PayPal, OXXO Pay, or direct bank debits, but they're on our 2026 roadmap.
