Sell bus tickets online, on your own website
Your passengers search for their trip, pick a seat and pay by card or at OXXO from their phone. They see the same seat map as your box office, and every sale lands in Boleti with everything else.

The problem
Selling online without your own website costs you
Your passengers already look up their trip on their phone. If you want to sell bus tickets online and don't have your own website, you're left with two options: rely on third-party sites that charge you on every ticket, or answer the phone all day. Neither one shows you, in one place, what you sold, to whom and how much you collected.
Paying a fee on your own fares
When you only sell online through third-party sites, every ticket leaves you with less, and the passenger ends up being their customer, not yours.
The phone never stops ringing
Calls and messages to hold a seat, names written down by hand, and no way of knowing whether they'll actually show up to pay.
The same seat, sold twice
When outside sales can't see your seat map, one seat gets sold at the box office and online at the same time, and the problem shows up at the platform.
What you can do
What your sales website includes
Your website, your brand
Your name, your logo, your colors and your cover photo. Passengers buy from you, on a ticket sales website that belongs to you, not on someone else's site.
The same seat map as your counter
Your website and your box office read the same live seat map. A seat sold on one side is taken on the other, so nobody sells the same seat twice.
Card, OXXO or pay at the counter
Passengers pay by card online or at OXXO and other convenience stores. If you turn it on, they can also book online and pay at any of your box offices.
Tickets by WhatsApp and email
Once they pay, passengers get their ticket on WhatsApp and by email, with their ticket number and seat. You see it in Boleti next to your box office sales.
Your own domain, if you have one
If your bus line already has a domain, your sales website can live there, so passengers find you at the address they already know. If you don't, it works just the same.
How it works
How online sales work in Boleti
Step 1
Search for a trip
The passenger types where they're leaving from, where they're going and the date. They can start with either place, and only the routes you sell show up.
Step 2
Pick a departure
They see that day's departures with their fares and choose the one that suits them.
Step 3
Choose a seat
The bus seat map appears with taken seats already marked, just as your cashier sees it. They tap the seat they want.
Step 4
Pay and get the ticket
They pay by card or at OXXO and, once the payment is confirmed, the ticket arrives on WhatsApp and by email. The sale shows up in Boleti marked as a web sale.
Plans
Which plan includes online sales?
The sales website comes with the Línea plan and up, along with online card payments and OXXO cash payments. The Ruta plan sells at the counter and on WhatsApp, with no website. Flotilla and Central add more buses and special fares by route or date.

Questions about online sales
Do I need a website or a domain to sell online?
No. Your sales website is created from Boleti: you give it your bus line's name, upload your logo and pick your colors. If you already own a domain, you connect the website to it so passengers find you at the address they already know. If you don't, your website works just the same and you can connect a domain later.
How do passengers pay on my website?
By card online or at OXXO and other convenience stores. If they choose OXXO, they get a payment reference, pay at the store and, once the payment is confirmed, receive their ticket. If you turn it on, they can also book online and pay later at any of your box offices. Cash and bank transfers stay the same at your counter.
Can the same seat be sold on the website and at the counter?
No. Your website and your box office read the same live seat map. When a seat is sold or booked on one side, it shows as taken on the other. That way your cashier never sells a seat a passenger just paid for on their phone, and no two people show up at the platform with the same seat number.
Can I put my own brand on the website?
Yes. You add your logo, your colors, your cover photo and the name you want passengers to see. You can also list your box offices with their address, opening hours and a button to get directions on Google Maps, plus your terms and your privacy notice. You change all of it from your website editor in Boleti.
Can my passengers get their invoice from my website?
Yes, if you turn on invoicing. Your website shows an Invoice my ticket link: the passenger enters the ticket number, their name and the ticket total, adds their tax details and downloads a CFDI 4.0 invoice as PDF and XML. They can put several tickets on one invoice, and you see it in Boleti as requested from the website.
How can I tell what was sold on my website?
Every sale from your website shows up in Boleti marked as a web sale, next to your box office and WhatsApp sales. In sold tickets and in your reports you can filter by sales channel to see only what came in online. Bookings to be paid at the counter appear under advance payments, ready for the cashier to collect the balance and hand over the ticket.
