What if my bus line doesn't fit any of them?
That's fine: all four solutions are the same Boleti. The box office, tickets by WhatsApp, cash management and routes and trips come with every plan. What changes is where it makes sense to start and which plan fits you based on your buses and box offices. Message us on WhatsApp, tell us how you work and we'll tell you which one suits you.
Does the price change with the type of bus line?
Not by type, but by size. You pick a plan based on how many buses and box offices you have: Ruta covers up to 3 buses, Línea up to 8, Flotilla up to 15 and Central up to 25. Companies of partners or permit holders use Coordinados, a separate plan whose price depends on how many partners and buses you manage. You'll find it all on the pricing page.
Can I start small and move to another solution?
Yes. If you're a small line today and tomorrow you add buses or box offices, you switch to a bigger plan and keep working with the same routes and passengers. If your line already works with partners or permit holders and you want to move to Coordinados, you keep all your data and just divide up the territories among your managers and partners. Message us and we'll go over it with you.
What do I need to get started?
A computer, tablet or phone with an internet connection. You sign up and use the plan you choose free for 30 days, with no card and nothing to install. If you have questions, we'll guide you on WhatsApp to set up your routes and sell your first ticket. Coordinados has no free trial: you get started after talking through your operation with our team.
