Bus GPS tracking tied to your trips
The GPS sits on the profile of the same bus you assign to your trips: see on a map where it is, check where it has been and pull its mileage from the system you sell tickets with. On your phone, too.

The problem
When you can't see your buses, everything gets solved by phone
Once your buses leave the terminal, all you know is what the driver tells you when he picks up. And if you already have GPS, it probably lives in another app, with another password, far from the system where you sell. Good GPS tracking for passenger buses belongs where you already work every day.
You don't know where each bus is
To find out whether it has passed Querétaro, you call the driver, who is behind the wheel. With several buses on the road, you spend the day on the phone.
GPS lives in a separate app
One screen to sell, another to see the map, each with its own login. Nobody matches the bus on the map with the one that left on the trip.
Passengers asking on WhatsApp
Where is the bus right now? The question keeps coming in, and nobody at the box office can answer without calling the driver.
What you can do
What you see in Boleti GPS tracking
Live map of your whole fleet
Every vehicle on a full-screen map, each with its own icon and color. Tap one to see its details and whether its signal is up to date.
Route history
Check where each vehicle has been: its route is drawn right on the map. Reports give you mileage, speed and ignition, ready to open in Excel.
In the same system you sell with
No extra app or password: the GPS is registered on the profile of the same bus you assign to your trips, and each person sees only what their role allows.
Satellite, places and traffic
Switch to satellite view and turn nearby places on or off. If you use the Google map, you also see traffic conditions on the highway.
Reference mileage
Enter the bus's real odometer reading once and Boleti keeps adding what the GPS measures, so its mileage is always at hand.
How it works
How GPS tracking works in Boleti
Step 1
Register your bus's GPS device
On the bus's profile, or from GPS tracking, you enter the device number. Boleti checks that it is reporting and that no other company has it registered.
Step 2
Pick its icon and color
Bus, van, car, truck or motorcycle, plus a color to tell it apart from the rest. If you like, you can enter the bus's real odometer reading right there.
Step 3
Open the map
You see all your vehicles live. Tap one on the map or in the list to see its details and today's route; on your phone, the panel slides up from the bottom.
Step 4
Decide who sees what
You and your management team see the whole fleet; a manager or a partner sees only their own buses. The box office sees the map only if you turn it on.
Step 5
Pull your reports
Mileage, speed, ignition and activity for each vehicle, ready to open in Excel and go over at your own pace.
Plans
Which plan includes GPS tracking?
It is included starting with the Línea plan, and also in Flotilla and Central; the Ruta plan does not include it. What changes between them is how many buses you can run: 8 on Línea, 15 on Flotilla and 25 on Central.

Frequently asked questions about GPS tracking
What GPS device do I need?
You need a GPS device installed in each vehicle that sends its position to Boleti. Not every device works the same way, so when you sign up we tell you which devices are compatible. If your buses already have GPS, message us on WhatsApp before buying anything and we will go over it with you.
Which plan includes GPS tracking?
GPS tracking is included starting with the Línea plan and also in Flotilla and Central. The Ruta plan, designed to get started with up to 3 buses, does not include it. You can try the Línea plan free for 30 days, with no card, and see your buses on the map from the day you register their devices.
Who on my team can see the map?
You and your management team see the whole fleet. A manager, a partner or a supervisor sees only the buses assigned to them, and the maintenance lead sees the whole fleet without being able to change anything. The box office sees the map only if you turn that option on in the GPS tracking settings.
Can I see where a bus has been?
Yes. When you tap a vehicle, you see today's route drawn on the map. In the reports you get, vehicle by vehicle, the distance traveled, speed, ignition and activity. Everything downloads as a file that opens in Excel, so you can review it or send it to whoever needs it.
Can another company register or see my GPS?
No. Each GPS device is tied to a single company: if someone else tries to register your device number, Boleti blocks it without telling them who it belongs to. And inside your company, each person sees only the vehicles that match their role.
Can I check it from my phone?
Yes. The map opens in your phone's browser, with no other app to install. You see all your vehicles and, when you tap one, its details appear in a panel that slides up from the bottom of the screen, along with today's route. On a computer, that same panel sits on the side and you can fold it away.
