Bus line software: sell, collect and operate in one place
Box offices, WhatsApp, cash, trips and drivers all work from the same seat map and the same cash register. From your phone you see what sold, how your trips are going and who owes money.

Sound familiar?
As your line grows, control ends up scattered everywhere
You have several box offices, daily trips and drivers out on the highway. Schedules live in a spreadsheet, WhatsApp on one phone, cash in envelopes and GPS in another app. Software for bus lines has to bring all of that together, so you stop hearing over the phone.
Every box office has its own version
One sells from a notebook, another by phone, and WhatsApp holds seats on a promise. The double-booked seat shows up on the platform.
Cash-ups nobody can balance
Each box office hands in a figure and loose deposit slips, and knowing who owes what depends on going to count.
Schedule changes in the dark
You move a departure because of traffic and have to call people one by one, without knowing who you've already told.
Drivers and expenses on trust
Diesel, tolls and meals come back as scraps of paper, and you don't know what each bus earned you.
A day with Boleti
A day with Boleti at an intercity bus line
This is what running your bus line looks like when everything lives in the same system, from the first box office to the last cash-up.
6:00
The box offices open
Each cashier signs in with their own user, opens their register and sells from the live seat map, the same one the other box offices, your website and WhatsApp see.
Morning
WhatsApp sells too
Your team replies from a shared inbox. Once payment is confirmed, the ticket with its QR code lands in the passenger's chat and the sale goes into your cash register.
Midday
A trip changes its schedule
You move the departure and the following stops shift with it. Boleti notifies by WhatsApp and email only the people whose boarding time changes.
On the road
The driver boards and logs expenses
They scan tickets from their phone and log diesel and tolls with a photo. You see on the map where each bus is.
Closing
Cash-ups and deposits with photos
Each cashier closes their cash-up and uploads a photo of their deposit slip. Collections approves it, and you see what came in and who owes it.
What you will use
The modules that keep your line moving
Boleti works as a system for passenger transport companies: what you sell at the box office and on WhatsApp flows into your cash register, your trips and each driver's account.

Frequently asked questions
Questions from bus lines
Can I run several box offices at different terminals?
Yes. Each box office has its own cashiers, each with their own user and register, and they all sell from the same seat map as your website and WhatsApp. Línea includes 3 box offices, Flotilla 8 and Central 15. On the end-of-day screen, collections sees every box office and every cashier.
What do I do if a bus breaks down mid-route?
You swap the bus on the trip, even if it's already on the road, as long as the occupied seats exist on the new bus's seat map. If another bus picks up the passengers, you log a transfer at the departure or at a stop, and the revenue is split by the segment each bus covered.
How do I know what each bus earns me?
The income statement shows revenue, expenses, fuel, repairs and cash-ups by route, by month or by bus. The expenses a driver logs are charged to the bus they drove, and their payroll shows up by bus and by trip. You can download it as a PDF or a spreadsheet.
Do my drivers need to install an app?
No. The driver signs in from their phone's browser and sees “My trip”: their assigned trip, their expenses and their payments. From there they board passengers by scanning their tickets and log diesel, tolls and meals with a photo of the receipt. They need an internet connection to log expenses and photos.
