Bus routes and trips without spreadsheets
Set up your routes with stops and fares per leg, schedule your trips and change whatever you need: Boleti notifies your passengers and nobody loses their seat.

The problem
When schedules live in a spreadsheet, your passengers pay the price
Schedules sit in an Excel file, the stops live in the dispatcher's head and the fares in yet another notebook. When something changes, nobody knows who to tell or which seat just opened up. Your bus routes and trips belong in the same system you sell with.
Schedules in Excel or on a whiteboard
Every box office has its own version. One stop that moved or one fare copied wrong, and you have already sold a ticket that does not add up.
Changing a time and calling one by one
Traffic or roadwork pushes a departure back, and you end up calling every passenger without knowing who already got the message.
A bus breaks down mid-route
You have to move people to another bus, make sure nobody is left without a seat and then work out how much revenue belongs to each bus.
What you can do
Everything you need to run your trips
Routes with stops and fares per leg
Enter every stop with its distance, its travel time and the fare for each leg. If you change the route later, upcoming trips update on their own.
Schedule and suspend trips
Create trips one at a time or by a date range and days of the week. If you will not run one, suspend it: it stops selling without being canceled.
Schedule changes with automatic notices
Move a time and the following stops shift with it. Only passengers whose boarding time changes get the notice, by WhatsApp and by email.
Transfers and bus swaps
Swap the bus, move passengers from one trip to another or send a second bus to pick them up on the road, without anyone losing their seat.
Boarding from the driver's phone
The driver scans each ticket and can only board the trips assigned to them. If someone is about to get on the wrong bus, it says so right away, and once on board the passenger gets a WhatsApp confirmation.
How it works
How routes and trips work in Boleti
Step 1
Add your routes and stops
Enter origin, stops and destination with the distance, travel time and fare for each leg. From the Línea plan up, Google Maps estimates the distances for you.
Step 2
Schedule trips with their bus
Pick the route, the time and a bus with its seat map, by date or by a range of days. Today's trips show up with their occupancy and status.
Step 3
Adjust when the day changes
Move a time, swap the bus, suspend a departure or move passengers to another trip. Boleti notifies anyone whose time changes and keeps a record of it all.
Step 4
Board and print the passenger list
The driver scans tickets from their phone and you see how many are on board out of those sold. The passenger list comes out in route order.

Frequently asked questions about routes and trips
Can I charge a different fare for each leg of the route?
Yes. When you build the route you enter each stop with its fare per leg, so a passenger who gets on or off at a stop pays only for the distance they travel. The same seat can be sold on two different legs without overlapping: the seat map shows which part of the trip is already taken, and Boleti will not sell the same leg twice.
What happens to my passengers if I change a trip's schedule?
You move the departure or a stop and the following stops shift along with it; you can still adjust each one. Before saving, you see how many passengers have a new boarding time, and only they receive the notice by WhatsApp and by email. Their tickets show the new time, and the change is saved in the trip's history.
What do I do if a bus breaks down?
You can swap the bus on the trip, even once it is on the road, as long as the occupied seats exist on the new bus's seat map. If another bus is picking the passengers up, you record a transfer at departure or at a stop, and revenue is split by the leg each bus covered. What you already collected stays the same.
Is suspending a trip the same as canceling it?
No. A suspended trip stops appearing for sale but stays on your list so you do not lose track of it. You can note the reason and, if tickets have already been sold, Boleti tells you how many before you suspend it. When you decide to run it, you reactivate it and it goes back on sale with the right status for that time.
How does boarding work for drivers?
The driver opens the trip assigned to them and scans each ticket's code from their phone. If a ticket belongs to another trip, it says so and shows which trip is the right one. A ticket held with a deposit cannot board until it is paid in full. On the seat map the seat is marked as boarded, it can no longer be sold again and the passenger gets a WhatsApp confirmation.
Can I get the passenger list for a trip?
Yes. The trip report brings together every sale for that departure: passengers grouped by point of sale, in route order, plus what was sold online and on board. You choose the columns you want to see and download it as a spreadsheet, on letter paper or on 58 or 80 mm thermal paper to hand to the driver.
