Sell bus tickets on WhatsApp, ticket in the chat
Your passenger asks, your team replies with times and fares, and the QR ticket arrives in the same chat. Later they get a trip reminder and, if you change the schedule, a notice.

The problem
When your line's WhatsApp turns into a second job
Your passengers already message you on WhatsApp; the trouble is what happens next. One phone at the box office, replies that come late and seats promised that nobody wrote down. Selling bus tickets on WhatsApp works when the chat is tied to your seat map and your cash register, not to the memory of whoever holds the phone.
Too many messages to keep up
One phone and the same questions all day: what time it leaves, how much it costs, if there's room. While you answer one person, another gives up waiting.
Seats held on a promise
“Hold seat 14 for me, I'll send the money later.” Nobody logs it, the seat gets sold twice or leaves empty, and that money never shows up at closing.
Passengers who don't know the time
You move a departure and tell some people but not others. They show up late, show up early or call to ask, and the counter fills up with complaints.
What you can do
What Boleti does on your line's WhatsApp
The ticket arrives instantly
As soon as payment is confirmed, the PDF ticket with its QR code goes to the passenger's WhatsApp and to their email too. They show it on their phone when boarding.
Reminders and schedule notices
Your passenger gets a reminder of their trip. If you move a departure or a stop, Boleti notifies by WhatsApp and email only the people whose boarding time changes.
One inbox for your whole team
Every conversation lands in a single inbox shared by the people who answer. Everyone sees what's already been said, with no phone passed from hand to hand.
AI-powered automatic replies
From Flotilla up, they answer times and fares at any hour and collect passenger details without typing. Your team sees every conversation and can step in anytime.
Your number, on official WhatsApp
Each line connects its own number and its own account to Meta's official WhatsApp platform for businesses. We are a Meta BSP partner.
How it works
How selling on WhatsApp works in Boleti
Step 1
The passenger messages you
They ask your WhatsApp number whether there's room tomorrow to Querétaro. The message lands in Boleti's inbox, not on a stray phone only one person can see.
Step 2
You reply with times and fares
Your team answers with departures and the fare, checking free seats on the same seat map the counter uses. From Flotilla up, AI-powered automatic replies can answer for you.
Step 3
They pick a seat and pay
They pay at the counter or by bank transfer, and from Línea up also at OXXO or by card. The seat is taken on the same map the counter and your site use, so it never sells twice.
Step 4
They get their QR ticket
Once payment is confirmed, the ticket arrives in the same chat and the sale lands in your cash register. Before the trip they get a reminder and, if anything changes, a notice.
Plans
WhatsApp comes with every plan
On Ruta, 1 person answers and up to 3,000 messages go out a month; on Línea, 2 people and 10,000; on Flotilla, 4 and 30,000; on Central, 8 and unlimited. AI-powered automatic replies start at Flotilla.

Common questions about selling on WhatsApp
Can I use the WhatsApp number I already have?
Each line connects its own number and its own WhatsApp business account. We recommend a new number dedicated to the line, because a number you use today in the phone app usually can't stay there at the same time. If you'd rather use yours, message us and we'll review it with you before connecting it.
Do messages go out through official WhatsApp?
Yes. Boleti uses Meta's official WhatsApp platform for businesses, and we are a Meta BSP partner. It isn't a phone hooked up to a computer or an unofficial workaround: messages go out from your line's account, with your number, and the ticket, reminder and notice templates go through Meta's review.
How much do messages cost?
Each plan comes with its monthly messages: 3,000 on Ruta, 10,000 on Línea, 30,000 on Flotilla and unlimited on Central. Separately, Meta charges for some messages at its own rates, billed straight to your line's account on the card you register. In your panel you can see which messages went out and what Meta charged for them.
Do you have a chatbot that answers on its own?
Yes, from the Flotilla plan up. AI-powered automatic replies answer times and fares at any hour and collect the passenger's details without anyone typing them in. They don't work blind: your team sees every conversation in the inbox and can step in whenever it wants to close the sale or handle a special case.
What happens if I change a trip's schedule?
When you move the departure or a stop, Boleti first tells you how many passengers will have a new boarding time. With the notify box checked, they get the notice by WhatsApp and email. Anyone whose time doesn't change gets nothing, so nobody gets confused and the counter takes fewer calls.
How do I connect my line's WhatsApp?
Your panel has a step-by-step guide to connect your number and a check that tells you whether the channel can already send messages. You'll need your business's Facebook account, the number and a card registered with Meta for its charges. If you get stuck on any step, we'll help you over WhatsApp.
