Software for cooperatives: each partner sees their own

You see the whole company, each manager runs their region and each partner checks their routes, buses and earnings from their phone. You decide the split.

Sound familiar?

When a company has many owners, the numbers can't run on trust

In a company of partners and permit holders, everyone brings their own buses and wants to know what they made. You have to give each one their numbers without showing them anyone else's, and your managers need to work without waiting on you.

  • Every partner asks for their numbers

They call to ask how much their buses sold, and you end up building reports by hand.

  • Everyone sees everything, or no one does

Give a partner access and they see everyone else's routes and money; don't, and everything goes through you.

  • Managers who wait on you

A regional manager wants to add a trip or a driver, and has to wait for you.

  • Routes in dollars or another time zone

When a route charges in dollars or departs in another time zone, cash closings and ticket times get tangled.

A day with Boleti

A day with Boleti at a coordinated bus company

Everyone signs in with their own user and sees what their job calls for.

  1. 6:00 a.m.

The manager sets up their region

They schedule trips on their routes with a bus and a driver, and add their ticket agents. Whatever they create stays in their territory.

  2. Noon

A partner or supervisor checks theirs

From their phone they see where their buses are on the map and check their trips, without changing anything or seeing other partners' data.

  3. Closing

    Collections reviews the money

They review cash closings, deposits with a photo and expenses. With a region assigned they see theirs; without one, the whole company.

  4. Month end

    You decide the split

You see the whole company and the revenue-per-bus report; each partner sees what their buses earned. You decide the split with clear numbers.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about Boleti for cooperatives

What does each partner see when they sign in to Boleti?

Only their routes and their buses: trips, tickets, the GPS map, shop costs and the revenue of the buses you assigned them, without changing anything or seeing other partners' data. One route can be assigned to several people: the manager who runs it and the partner who checks it.

What's the difference between a manager, a partner and a supervisor?

The manager runs their territory: they add routes, trips, buses, box offices and drivers for their region. Partners and supervisors only look at what you assigned them. You and your general manager see the whole company, and collections reviews the money: with a region assigned they see theirs, without one, everything.

Does Boleti work out how much each partner gets?

No, because every company splits things its own way. Boleti gives you the numbers: revenue per bus and an income statement per bus, with what each bus sold, what it cost in the shop and its driver's payroll. Each partner sees the income statement for their own buses, with revenue, expenses and the bottom line, and you decide the split.

Can I have routes that charge in dollars or run in another time zone?

Yes. In the Coordinados plan each route has its own currency, pesos or dollars, and its own time zone, which Boleti suggests from the departure box office and you can change. Tickets, emails and WhatsApp messages show the right time, and the cash closing keeps dollars separate from pesos.

I already use Boleti on another plan. Do I lose anything moving to Coordinados?

No. The data belongs to the company: when you move from Ruta, Línea, Flotilla or Central to Coordinados you keep your routes, trips, tickets, users and cash records, plus your box offices and buses. Then you divide up the territories: you assign your managers and partners the routes you already have, with all their history. Set up dollar routes once you're on Coordinados: changing a route's currency doesn't convert the amounts.
