A ticketing system for small bus lines: leave the notebook behind
A few buses, one box office and mostly cash. With Boleti you sell from a seat map, send the ticket on WhatsApp and see today's cash count on your phone.

Sound familiar?
Sound familiar?
On a small line, the owner sells, collects, answers WhatsApp and counts the money at the end of the day. A notebook and a spreadsheet hold up for a while, but every departure depends on your memory. A ticketing system for small bus lines has to protect your seats and your cash, without making things harder.
The notebook can't keep up
You write seats down by hand, two pages get mixed up and the same seat is sold twice. You find out at the boarding bay.
The cash doesn't add up
At closing you count the bills and come up short. Was it wrong change, an expense nobody wrote down, or a ticket nobody recorded?
Seats held on a promise
"Hold seat 14 for me, I'll send the money tomorrow." Nobody writes it down, the seat leaves empty or goes to someone else, and that money never shows up.
Everything goes through your phone
Schedules, fares and seats over WhatsApp all day. If you don't answer, nobody knows what each passenger was promised.
A day with Boleti
A day with Boleti on a small bus line
This is a day with software built for a small bus line: box office, WhatsApp and cash drawer in one system, from the browser on your computer, tablet or phone.
Opening
You open your drawer with your float
You sign in with your own user and open the drawer. From then on, every ticket you charge goes under your name and into your count.
Morning
You sell from the seat map
Pick the departure, tap a free seat and charge. Print it on your thermal printer or send it on WhatsApp with its QR code.
Midday
Passengers message you on WhatsApp
You reply from the Boleti inbox with the same seat map as the box office. They pay at the counter or by transfer, and the ticket arrives in the chat.
Afternoon
You log your expenses
Fuel or a purchase for the day goes into the cash drawer with a photo of the receipt. You know what lowered your cash.
Closing
You close your count on your phone
Boleti already knows how much should be there. You count the cash, close the count and upload a photo of the deposit slip when you bank it.
What you will use
What a small bus line uses every day
If moving off the notebook and spreadsheet feels scary, start with the basics: sell, send the ticket, collect and balance. If you already use WhatsApp on your phone, you can handle this.
Box office with seat map
You sell from a live seat map with no double-booked seats, and deposits on held seats no longer depend on a scrap of paper.

Your passengers already message you there. Now the QR ticket lands in the same chat, and they get a reminder before their trip.

Frequently asked questions
Questions from small bus lines
What happens during the 30-day trial?
Today you create your account with no card and set up your box office; we help you load routes and fares. Around day 15 you're selling for real, and we're with you on WhatsApp. On day 30 you choose a plan: we remind you on day 28 and, if you don't add a payment method, your account is paused, with no charges and no data lost.
I keep everything in a notebook. How do I switch to Boleti?
You start with what you already know by heart: your routes, schedules and fares. We help you load them when you start, and from your first sale the seat map and the cash drawer keep track for you. At the end of the day, the cash count tells you what you sold and how much should be in the drawer.
What do I need to sell at my box office?
A computer or tablet with a browser and internet; there's nothing to install. A 58 or 80 mm thermal printer is optional, because the ticket can also go out by WhatsApp and email with its QR code. Boleti needs internet to sell, so a backup modem at the box office is a good idea.
If I only take cash, does it work for me?
Yes. Cash is what Boleti looks after most: every payment goes into your drawer, and at closing you know how much should be there. You can also take transfers with their reference or use your terminal and log the approval number, and accept deposits on held seats. OXXO and online cards come with the sales website, starting on Línea.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. There's no contract and no minimum term: you can cancel whenever you want, and you have 90 days to export your data. The trial needs no card, and if you don't pick a plan when it ends, your account is simply paused, with no charges and nothing you entered lost.
